Simmeon is a highly experienced Engineering Executive with over 15 years in the technology industry, known for delivering mission-critical solutions and leveraging deep industry expertise to drive innovation. He brings a strategic mindset and a strong commitment to using technology as a tool for both business advancement and community impact.
Prior to founding IT Transformation Group, Simmeon held several senior leadership roles within the financial sector, including Vice President at Bank of New York Mellon, Lead Software Developer at Evercore Partners, and Senior Developer at Colonial Consulting. In these positions, he specialized in automating complex processes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple business units.
Simmeon holds a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. John’s University, where he also minored in Business. He is additionally a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD).
With a passion for continuous improvement and giving back, Simmeon is dedicated to applying his technical knowledge and leadership experience to create impactful solutions while supporting and uplifting his community.
Brandon Maxwell is a seasoned IT Client Services Analyst specializing in technology transformation, with a strong foundation in Information Systems Management and extensive experience supporting mission-critical systems across the banking and government sectors. He is recognized for driving meaningful change by aligning technology solutions with business objectives, delivering modern, scalable, and efficient IT environments.
With a unique blend of technical expertise and a customer-centric mindset, Brandon excels at transforming complex IT challenges into streamlined, high-performing solutions. He has a proven track record of modernizing infrastructure, optimizing workflows, and enhancing end-user experiences through the strategic implementation of technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and other enterprise platforms.
Throughout his career, Brandon has led and contributed to a wide range of transformation initiatives, including system migrations, process automation, and service delivery enhancements. His ability to manage technical projects while improving operational efficiency has consistently resulted in measurable business impact. He is widely recognized for his leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
